WARREN, OHIO, November 30, 2006 - WCI Steel, Inc. (OTC: WCIS.PK) announced today that its president and chief executive officer, Patrick G. Tatom, will speak at the Goldman Sachs Global CEO Forum on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006.
